Directions

  1. Mix the powdered mud, aloe vera gel, Rosemary essential oil, and 1/2 cup ACV together in a glass bowl using a wooden or plastic spoon.
  2. Apply just like in the previous recipe
  3. Wear on a shower cap and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly for the first time
  5. Use the remaining one cup of ACV and then let it sit for 1-3 minutes
  6. Shampoo
